Hi, welcome to my portfolio! My name is Hanjiaxi(Olivia) Qin. I graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor Degree in Communication and a Minor in Marketing in Spring 2024. I’m currently a first year graduate student of Culture, Communication & Technology (CCT) program at Georgetown University.

I was identified as a person possessing strong strength in relationship building, especially in connectedness and adaptability, based on Strength Finder test. As an international student, being able to having these strengths really helped me to adapt the different environment, make friends with various people, and seize more opportunities for myself. It is the motivation for me to step out of my comfort zone to challenge myself and explore the new things. When I was a sophomore at Auburn, I joined the Auburn Plainsman, which is a college newspaper press, as a photographer. I got opportunities to take photos for various sports games, such as football, basketball, gymnastics, baseball, and soccer. When I got into the junior year, I got promoted to be the photo editor of the Auburn Plainsman. By applying my strength as a relator throughout my journey, it helps me to better feel and connect with my surroundings, making me realize more about myself and my future life.
